RECREATIONAL 

Our Parent and Tot program focuses on activities that emphasize skill development in running, jumping, kicking, starting and stopping. While not soccer-specific, this program helps develop essential athletic skills through physical literacy.  Parent/guardian (over 16) participation is mandatory during all sessions.  All sessions will be played on a premium artificial turf field located at Craig Kielburger Secondary School – 1151 Ferguson Dr, Milton

The Active Start Program is designed to introduce players born 2020 – 2018 to fundamental movement skills, introductory soccer skills, fair play, and friendship. The fun environment is full of soccer activities focused on physical literacy such as ball control, running with the ball, 1v1, and shooting. The program is led by technical staff supported by volunteer assistants, and guardians are encouraged to support their athletes. Each week our technical staff will lead a skill session followed by 3v3 games. All sessions will be played on a premium artificial turf field located at Craig Kielburger Secondary School – 1151 Ferguson Dr, Milton

The U7 – U9 program is designed to introduce players to preliminary soccer skills. This fun environment is full of soccer activities focused on physical literacy such as ball control, running with the ball, 1v1, and shooting. This program is designed to develop and prepare players to enter the Rep/Development programs, or if the player prefers to continue in recreational. The program is led by technical staff supported by volunteer assistants. Activities will be repeated to allow players more time and practice these skills and techniques needed for the game (20-minute ball activities followed by 5v5 games 2 x 15-minute halves). All sessions will be played on a premium artificial turf field located at Craig Kielburger Secondary School – 1151 Ferguson Dr, Milton

Players will receive one game a week, officiated by Match Officials. Teams will work with their volunteer coaches on sessions and development. Teams will play 7v7 with a goalkeeper (10-minute ball activities, 2 x 25-minute halves).  All sessions will be played on a premium artificial turf field located at Craig Kielburger Secondary School – 1151 Ferguson Dr, Milton

Players will receive one game a week, officiated by Match Officials. Teams will work with their volunteer coaches on sessions and development. Teams will play 9v9 with a goalkeeper (2 x 35-minute halves). All games and practices will be played on a premium lit natural grass field located at Lions Park

Included: shirt, shorts, socks, ball, end of season festival, medals for all participants.

Players will receive one game a week, officiated by Match Officials. Teams will be led by volunteer coaches on sessions and development. Teams will play 11v11 with a goalkeeper. Teams will participate in a domestic tournament in June. (2 x 35-minute halves).  All games and practices will be played on a premium lit natural grass field located at Lions Park
